How we build

There is no version of a Coda home where the standard slips because the budget is tight or the schedule is running. The standard is not a setting we adjust. It is how we work.

That shows up in the details buyers notice and the ones they never will. Doors that close the way they should. Trim that meets the way it should. Systems that perform the way they were specified. Nothing outstanding at handover. Nothing to come back and fix.

Built Green Platinum

Platinum is the highest designation in the Built Green Canada program. It covers energy performance, envelope integrity, indoor air quality, water conservation, materials, and construction practices, verified by a third party, not self-reported.

Most builders in Victoria do not achieve it. Several of our recent homes have. We did not set out to collect a certification. We set out to build well, and Platinum is what that produces when someone measures it.

We Show Up

A Coda home does not come with an expiry date on our accountability. When something needs attention, we are there. Not because we have to be. Because that is what standing behind your work actually means.
